About Remove AI Label

Remove AI Label is a small, independent tool that removes AI labels and metadata from photos and videos without uploading them or re-compressing them.

It started from a simple frustration: most removers either send your files to a server or quietly redraw the image, which costs quality, drops the color profile and caps file size. Metadata lives in well-defined places inside a file, so it can be cut out precisely and the rest left untouched. That is all this tool does.

How we work

• Local only. Files are processed in your browser. There is no upload endpoint.
• Tested against real files. Every release is checked against the official C2PA sample files and our own signed test files, with three independent checks.
• Honest about limits. Metadata removal cannot touch watermarks embedded in pixels, such as SynthID, and we say so.
